How can I return a product ?
We have a customer friendly return policy – we will refund you the full amount. However, return shipping cost is incurred by the buyer. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To Return a product you need to follow these steps:
a) Send an email to email@example.com with your order number mentioning the product you want to return and your bank details where you want us to refund the amount. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.
b) Once an email is sent, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched.
c) Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn’t get damaged.
d) Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can’t be tracked and can be lost in transit.
e) Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your money will be credited to your bank account mentioned during refund process.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
Any product that has been washed
Any product not in its original condition
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
The customer can only cancel the order within 4 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 4 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.
Why a “4 Hour” deadline ?
As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases. Incase a product has to be readied, or customized, the process is already underway.
Cancellation before product has shipped ?
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
Cancellation after product has shipped ?
If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement if it is defective or has incorrect size.
I’m thinking about seeking a Refund. Are there any specific points to know?
The Refund will be initiated within (business) days if you choose this option, which will be credited back to you as per your bank/credit card guidelines. If you have made an online payment, refunds will take following number of days:
